Summer Day Camps
July 10 – August 18 for a total of 6 weeks (2 weeks per area).
Through encouragement and the guidance of a caring adult, Aslan helps children reach deeply within to overcome their limitations and, with God’s help, find the strength to endure and succeed.
Aslan Summer Day Camp
We pack so much fun and learning into our summer day camps. Two days a week are dedicated to field trips to the beach or at programs provided through the Monmouth County Park System (rock climbing, inline skating). The other three days children participate in arts & crafts, sports, and classes in music, science, computers and other enrichment activities. Local churches provide a nutritious lunch for each child!
Parent-Child Bonding Activities
We organize field trips and events to increase family bonding between the children and their parents or care givers.
Enrichment & Field Trips
Two days of each week are dedicated to special field trips to the beach and special programs provided through the Monmouth County Park System (MCPS). MCPS has a wonderful staff that introduces our children to new skills like rock climbing and in-line skating. For the other three days each week, our programs include devotional studies, arts & crafts and sports. Mixed in with all of this is a daily nutritious lunch provided by several local churches!
Camp Lebanon ~ Residential Camping
Aslan sponsors 15-20 children to attend a one-week summer camp session. Located in northwest NJ, Camp Lebanon fosters a wonderful Christian atmosphere for our youth, this reinforces the values and principles we teach them during the school year. This is a sleep-away camp complete with a week of swimming, boating, arts & crafts, archery, rock climbing, rafting and tons of fun!
